10 Days Delivery Commitment

On-Time Delivery—or Your Order Is Free!

Your trust matters. If we don’t attempt delivery within 10 working days of your order date, here’s our promise:

  • Free Order: We will also make delivery arrangements for your in‑transit, stuck orders until they are not marked RTO by the carrier.

Exceptional Orders: not applicable with exceptional case

  • Sudden High Demand – If a specific phone model receives unexpected bulk orders and stock is unavailable.

  • Natural Calamities – Events like heavy rains, floods, strikes, or other disruptions beyond our control.


What Happens if Your Package Is Returned‑to‑Origin (RTO)

  • No Reshipment: Once an order is returned to us, we won’t be able to reship it.
  • Full Refund: We’ll still issue a 100% refund of your entire order amount (product + shipping).

How to Claim

  1. Email us at support@casekaro.com
  2. Include your order number in the subject line.

We’ll verify delivery records and, once approved:

  • Process your replacement shipment (unless RTO).
  • Issue your full refund within 5–7 business days.

Terms & Conditions

  • No Delivery Attempt: Applies only if the carrier makes zero attempts to deliver within 12 days of your order date.
  • RTO Exception: Any order marked 'RTO' is not eligible for reshipment but is eligible for a full refund.
  • Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed in 5–7 business days after approval.
  • One Claim per Order: Each order qualifies for a single replacement (if not RTO) and/or refund under this policy.

Exclusions

  • Incorrect or incomplete address or contact details provided by the customer
  • Customer-initiated address changes after shipment
