10 Days Delivery Commitment

Delivered in 7 working days. If your order is not delivered within 10 working days of the order date, we will arrange delivery and refund your order under our On-Time Delivery Promise.

How the promise works

The 10-working-day period starts on the date your order is placed. If delivery has not happened by then, contact us with your order number so we can verify the order and arrange the next step.

How to claim

Email support@casekaro.com with your order number after 10 working days have passed. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

Exclusions

This promise does not apply to incorrect or incomplete address or contact details, customer-requested address changes after shipment, sudden high demand where stock is unavailable, or natural calamities and other events beyond our control.

Returned-to-origin orders

Orders marked RTO cannot be reshipped. They remain eligible for a full refund of the product and shipping amount.
