What is the delivery time?
All our products are made-to-order. Orders are usually delivered within 4–8 working days depending on your location.
If your order is not delivered within 10 days, you can request a refund under our delivery commitment policy.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 working days after placement.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp and email.
You can also track your order from our tracking page.
Do you offer free shipping?
We charge a minimal shipping fee of ₹60 on orders. However, shipping is free on orders above ₹399.
Are there any extra charges?
There are no hidden charges. The price you see at checkout is the final amount, including shipping if applicable.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Currently, Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. All orders must be placed using prepaid payment methods.
Are there any COD charges?
Not applicable, as COD is currently not available.
I made payment but didn’t receive confirmation. What should I do?
Please check your WhatsApp and email for order confirmation first.
If you still haven’t received it, contact us at support@casekaro.com and share your payment proof. Our team will verify and assist you quickly.
Order Changes & Cancellation
What can be changed, when cancellation is possible, and applicable charges.
Till when can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled before fulfilment without any charges.
If your order has been fulfilled but not yet picked up, cancellation is still possible with a ₹40 per SKU cancellation charge.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
You can update your shipping address or contact details before dispatch.
However, product changes are not allowed, as all items are made-to-order.
Delivery Issues
For delivered-but-not-received concerns and shipment delays.
My order shows delivered, but I didn’t receive it.
Please contact us within 24 hours of the delivery update.
Note: Orders delivered with OTP confirmation cannot be disputed.
What if my order is delayed?
Delays may occur due to logistics or unforeseen issues. If your order is delayed beyond the expected timeline, please contact us and we’ll assist you.
Returns, Replacement & Refunds

We offer a replacement or refund only if:
- You received a damaged product
- You received the wrong product
Can I return if I ordered the wrong model?
No. Because every case is made specifically for the selected model, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect model selection.
We request you to carefully check your device model before placing the order.
How do I request a return or replacement?
You can raise a request through our return/replacement form.
How long does it take to get a refund?
Once approved, refunds are processed within 4–5 working days.
