When will I receive my order? OR How do I check my order status?
We dispatch order in 24-48 hours once you place the order. Your order will be delivered in 4-7 working days. You will receive order follow-up message/mails. You will also receive tracking link via text message once it is dispatched. If you do not receive order information within 24 hours get back to us.
What is return/replacement policy?

What if status shows delivered but parcel not received?
Please email us within 48 hours if you have not received your order but the tracking status mention delivered. Failing to do so, carrier may not do any investigation of your order.
What do I do if I never received my order?
If you did not received your order even after 15 working days get back to us via mail at email@example.com.
Cancellation before shipping
If you wish to cancel your order you can cancel it by contacting us before it is fulfilled. If you fail to contact us with the order number before the given time your order will be already in the processing state and then it cannot be canceled.
