Return & Refund Policy

You have 3 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Items can only be refunded if there is any manufacturing defect.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and you should have a valid reason.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
You can replace the product in case of defect or received the wrong product from our end. In these cases you will get free replacement.
In case where you ordered incorrent product (eg. Vivo V11 instead of V11 Pro), you will have to pay Rs.100 additional charges per Cover.
You will have to send the product back via any courier(preferred India Post) to address given below.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment and in case of Cash on Delivery, the refund will be transferred to your bank account or Paytm.
Refund for undelivered order
If the product is returned back to us because customer entered incomplete address or customer rejected at the time of delivery partial refund will be given.
