Return & Replacement Policy


You have 3 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

Items can only be refunded if there is any manufacturing defect.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, you should have a valid reason.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once you fill the form within 3 days, the return window will be open until the issue is solved.


Case 1: You can replace the product in case of a defect or received the wrong product from our end. In these cases, you will get a free replacement.

Case 2: In the case where you ordered an incorrect product (eg. Vivo V11 instead of V11 Pro), you will have to pay Rs.50 additional charges per Cover. In this case, products can't be returned it can only be replaced.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 24 working hours.

What Manufacturing defect includes?

Manufacturing defect includes Fitting Issue, Spots on print, Alignment Issue, Print Blurred.

What Manufacturing defect does not include?

Minor color difference, different button/camera/logo cutting, customer orders incorrect model, etc.
