📦 Returns, Replacements & Refunds
At Casekaro, every product is made specially for you using a Print-on-Demand (POD) process. Your case is printed only after you place the order, which means our return and refund policies are built to reflect this personalised nature.
🔁 Returns
- You have 3 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
- Returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects or incorrect products received.
- In the case of an incorrect product, a free replacement will be issued.
- The product must be:
- Unused
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
❗️ Orders placed with incorrect model/design/color/variant by the customer are NOT eligible for return or replacement.
🖨️ POD Clause: Since all products are printed on demand, we do not accept returns for customer ordering mistakes or change-of-mind scenarios.
🔄 Replacements
- Free replacements are provided for items with verified manufacturing defects.
- You can initiate the return or replacement request directly through our return app:
👉 Return/Replace Your Order - Our team will respond within 2–5 working days, and the return window will remain open until the issue is resolved.
💸 Refunds
- If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 24 working hours after inspection.
- Order cancellations after the product has been manufactured or printed—but before dispatch—will incur a ₹40 processing fee, which will be deducted from the refund.
- ❌ Orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped.
⚙️ What qualifies as a Manufacturing Defect?
- Incorrect fitting
- Spots or patches on the print
- Major misalignment
- Heavily blurred designs
❌ What is NOT considered a Manufacturing Defect?
- Minor color differences due to screen settings
- Slight misalignment or print coverage on soft case edges
- Orders placed for the wrong model
- Small logo, button, or fingerprint sensor mismatches
