How can I track my Casekaro order?+
Right after you place your order, you’ll receive an order ID on WhatsApp and email.
The tracking ID is generated at the time of shipment booking, not on order placement.

I made the payment but didn’t get confirmation. What should I do?+
First, please check WhatsApp—we send order confirmations there.
If you still haven’t received confirmation, email us at support@casekaro.com with a screenshot of your payment and your registered mobile/email. We’ll verify and confirm your order quickly.

My order shows 'Delivered' but I didn’t receive anything.+

Why does the product color look slightly different?+
This can happen due to differences in screen settings or lighting. Also, sublimation printing may cause slight color variations.
