How do I make sure this case fits my phone?
Pick your exact phone model and variant before adding to cart. Not sure which model you have? Find your exact phone model here. Every Casekaro case is printed to order for one specific model, and models with similar names often have different camera cut-outs and dimensions. Orders placed for the wrong model can't be returned or replaced.
How long does delivery take, and is Cash on Delivery available?
Your case is printed after you order, and most orders are delivered within 7 working days across India. Shipping is free on orders above ₹499. Cash on Delivery is not available. Please pay online with UPI, credit or debit card, or net banking. Tracking details are sent on WhatsApp and email once your order is dispatched.
Can I cancel my order or change my delivery address?
Yes, as long as your order hasn't been dispatched yet. You can cancel free of charge or change your delivery address by submitting a cancellation / address update request. Once an order is dispatched, it can't be cancelled and the address can't be changed. Your contact number can be updated at any time using the same form.
What if my case arrives damaged or has a printing defect?
Raise a request on our Return / Replace page within 3 days of delivery. You'll get a free replacement for a verified manufacturing defect (such as poor fit, print spots or major misalignment) or if you received the wrong product. Because every case is printed on demand, we can't accept returns for change of mind or a wrong model chosen at checkout.
